In 2009, Lynn was selected to lead the State Personnel Board (an agency responsible for directing more than 130 state agencies and overseeing 32,000 employees), where she helped cut the budget four times, streamlined technology, and saved taxpayers millions.  Lynn has what it takes to cut spending, and create jobs in Mississippi.  The bottom line is this; Lynn is a pro-life conservative leader, who understands how to efficiently spend taxpayer dollars.
