A Letter from Lynn

January 12th, 2012

Dear Friends and Supporters,

We made Mississippi history Thursday afternoon, as I was sworn in as your 54th State Treasurer and became the first Republican woman to hold that position.

Wow! I could not have done this without your help, prayers, contributions and support. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Just like I promised during the campaign, I walked into the Treasurer’s office Friday morning and started working for you on day one. I will never forget who I am accountable to.

We are going to make great strides the next four years. I look forward to working closely with Governor Phil Bryant, Lt. Governor State Reeves and our great legislature to move Mississippi forward.

Thank you again,

Lynn Fitch
Treasurer
State of Mississippi

A Thank You from Lynn

November 14th, 2011

Dear Friend,

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I am honored that you supported me in my campaign to be your next Treasurer.  My family and I are grateful for each vote, each word of encouragement, and each prayer we received during the campaign. Our success on Election Day was only possible due to you!

I am excited and ready to go to work as your Treasurer. I will never forget who I work for and who I am accountable to.  I will not let you down.  You can count on me to keep my campaign promises and to be a tireless worker to move Mississippi forward.

I have been overwhelmed this week with congratulatory phone calls, emails, cards, and text messages.  I appreciate you sharing this exciting time with me, and I will respond to each of you as soon as I can.

Thank you again for everything you’ve done for me and my family.  It will be an honor and privilege to serve as your next State Treasurer.

May God bless each of you.

Lynn Fitch

Prayers for the Families of the Three Ole Miss Students

November 1st, 2011

My thoughts and prayers are with the three Madison families whose sons were killed in a tragic car accident on Sunday. My close friend Kim Kelly, who has been a tremendous volunteer and supporter with our campaign, lost her son Sam. Please say a prayer to help them through this difficult time.
